寒毛卓竪
臨黄ネットの今月の禅語から。
禅の修行で、死の恐怖を克服できると考えるのは間違いで、むしろ禅では、その身の毛もよだつような恐怖(寒毛卓竪)を常に意識しておけと教えます。
He tūngāwiri ki te mate
Hei tā te kōrero o te marama i te wāhanga Hapani o te Rinzai-Obaku Zen.
Kāore te winiwini ki te mate e tineia mā te mātauranga o Zen. Engaringari ka tono ia i a koe ki te maumahara i te tūngāwiri ki te mate.
